ธัมโม ทุกขัสสะ ฆาตา จะ วิธาตา จะ หิตัสสะ เม.
Dhammo dukkhassa ghātā ca vidhātā ca hitassa me.
The Dhamma destroys suffering, and brings about what is for my welfare.
ธัมมัสสาหัง นิยยาเทมิ สะรีรัญชีวิตัญจิทัง
Dhammassāhaṃ niyyādemi sarīrañjīvitañcidaṃ
To the Dhamma I surrender this body and this life,
วันทันโตหัง จะริสสามิ ธัมมัสเสวะ สุธัมมะตัง
Vandantohaṃ carissāmi dhammasseva sudhammataṃ
Revering it, I shall walk on by the Dhamma's own true excellence.
นัตถิ เม สะระณัง อัญญัง ธัมโม เม สะระณัง วะรัง
Natthi me saraṇaṃ aññaṃ dhammo me saraṇaṃ varaṃ
For me there is no other refuge; the Dhamma is my refuge, the best of them.
เอเตนะ สัจจะวัชเชนะ วัฑเฒยยัง สัตถุสาสะเน.
Etena saccavajjena vaḍḍheyyaṃ satthusāsane.
By the speaking of this truth, may I grow in the Teacher's dispensation.
ธัมมัง เม วันทะมาเนนะ ยัง ปุญญัง ปะสุตัง อิธะ
Dhammaṃ me vandamānena yaṃ puññaṃ pasutaṃ idha
Whatever merit I have gained here in revering the Dhamma —
สัพเพปิ อันตะรายา เม มาเหสุง ตัสสะ เตชะสา.
Sabbepi antarāyā me māhesuṃ tassa tejasā.
by the power of it, may all obstacles for me come to nothing.
หมอบลงพร้อมกัน แล้วสวดลดเสียงเบาลง ดังนี้.
กาเยนะ วาจายะ วะ เจตะสา วา,
Kāyena vācāya va cetasā vā,
By body, by speech, or by mind,
ธัมเม กุกัมมัง ปะกะตัง มะยา ยัง,
Dhamme kukammaṃ pakataṃ mayā yaṃ,
whatever wrong has been done by me towards the Dhamma —
ธัมโม ปะฏิคคัณหะตุ อัจจะยันตัง,
Dhammo paṭiggaṇhatu accayantaṃ,
may the Dhamma accept that transgression,
กาลันตะเร สังวะริตุง วะ ธัมเม.
Kālantare saṃvarituṃ va dhamme.
that in time to come I may be restrained towards the Dhamma.

เงยขึ้นพร้อมกัน แล้วประธานกล่าวเชิญชวนสวดพระสังฆคุณ ว่า หันทะ มะยัง สังฆานุสสะตินะยัง กะโรมะ เส. รองประธานขึ้นต้นบทว่า สุปะฏิปันโน นอกนั้นรับต่อ ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ ฯเปฯ พร้อมกันไป หยุดตามจุดลูกน้ำ ดังนี้. Raise the head, together. Then the leader gives the invitation to chant the qualities of the Sangha, saying: Handa mayaṃ saṅghānussatinayaṃ karoma se. The deputy leader begins the passage with Supaṭipanno, and the rest take it up from Bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho and so on, going on together, pausing at each comma, thus.

สุปะฏิปันโน ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ,
Supaṭipanno bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho,
The Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples has practised well,
อุชุปะฏิปันโน ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ,
Ujupaṭipanno bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho,
who have practised straightforwardly,
ญายะปะฏิปันโน ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ,
Ñāyapaṭipanno bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho,
who have practised methodically,
สามีจิปะฏิปันโน ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ,
Sāmīcipaṭipanno bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho,
who have practised masterfully,
ยะทิทัง จัตตาริ ปุริสะยุคานิ อัฏฐะ ปุริสะปุคคะลา,
Yadidaṃ cattāri purisayugāni aṭṭha purisapuggalā,
that is, the four pairs, the eight types of noble ones —
เอสะ ภะคะวะโต สาวะกะสังโฆ,
Esa bhagavato sāvakasaṅgho,
that is the Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples,
อาหุเนยโย ปาหุเนยโย ทักขิเณยโย อัญชะลีกะระณีโย,
Āhuneyyo pāhuneyyo dakkhiṇeyyo añjalīkaraṇīyo,
worthy of gifts, worthy of hospitality, worthy of offerings, worthy of respect,
อะนุตตะรัง ปุญญักเขตตัง โลกัสสาติ.
Anuttaraṃ puññakkhettaṃ lokassāti.
the unexcelled field of merit for the world.
หยุดระลึกถึงพระสังฆคุณสักครู่น้อยหนึ่งแล้วประธานกล่าวเชิญชวนสวดสรรเสริญพระสังฆคุณต่อไปว่า หันทะ มะยัง สังฆาภิคีติง กะโรมะ เส. รองประธานขึ้นต้นบทว่า สัทธัมมะโช นอกนั้นรับต่อ สุปะฏิปัตติคุณาทิยุตโต ฯเปฯ พร้อมกันไป หยุดตามจุดลูกน้ำดังนี้. Pause a little while to recollect the qualities of the Sangha. Then the leader gives the invitation to go on and chant the praise of those qualities, saying: Handa mayaṃ saṅghābhigītiṃ karoma se. The deputy leader begins the passage with Saddhammajo, and the rest take it up from Supaṭipattiguṇādiyutto and so on, going on together, pausing at each comma, thus.

สัทธัมมะโช สุปะฏิปัตติคุณาทิยุตโต
Saddhammajo supaṭipattiguṇādiyutto
Born of the true Dhamma, endowed with the quality of practising well and the rest,
โยฏฐัพพิโธ อะริยะปุคคะละสังฆะเสฏโฐ
Yoṭṭhabbidho ariyapuggalasaṅghaseṭṭho
the supreme Sangha of noble persons, which is of eight kinds,
สีลาทิธัมมะปะวะราสะยะกายะจิตโต
Sīlādidhammapavarāsayakāyacitto
whose body and mind are the dwelling place of virtue and the other excellent qualities —
วันทามะหัง ตะมะริยานะคะณัง สุสุทธัง.
Vandāmahaṃ tamariyānagaṇaṃ susuddhaṃ.
that wholly pure company of the noble ones I salute with my head.
