สักกัต๎วา สังฆะระตะนัง โอสะถัง อุตตะมัง วะรัง
Sakkatvā saṅgharatanaṃ osathaṃ uttamaṃ varaṃ
Having honoured the Jewel of the Saṅgha, the supreme and excellent medicine,
อาหุเนยยัง ปาหุเนยยัง สังฆะเตเชนะ โสตถินา
Āhuneyyaṃ pāhuneyyaṃ saṅghatejena sotthinā
worthy of gifts and of hospitality — by the Saṅgha's power, in safety,
นัสสันตุปัททะวา สัพเพ โรคา วูปะสะเมนตุ เต.
Nassantupaddavā sabbe rogā vūpasamentu te.
may all your misfortunes perish and your diseases be stilled.
สัพพีติโย วิวัชชันตุ สัพพะโรโค วินัสสะตุ
Sabbītiyo vivajjantu sabbarogo vinassatu
May all calamities be avoided, may every disease be destroyed;
มา เต ภะวัตวันตะราโย สุขี ทีฆายุโก ภะวะ.
Mā te bhavatvantarāyo sukhī dīghāyuko bhava.
may no obstacle be yours; be happy and long-lived.
อะภิวาทะนะสีลิสสะ นิจจัง วุฑฒาปะจายิโน
Abhivādanasīlissa niccaṃ vuḍḍhāpacāyino
For one whose habit is to salute, who constantly honours the elders,
จัตตาโร ธัมมา วัฑฒันติ อายุ วัณโณ สุขัง พะลัง.
Cattāro dhammā vaḍḍhanti āyu vaṇṇo sukhaṃ balaṃ.
four things increase: long life, beauty, happiness and strength.
อาฏานาฏิยะปะริตตัง นิฏฐิตัง.
Āṭānāṭiyaparittaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

ปะริตตัง ยัมภะณันตัสสะ นิสินนัฏฐานะโธวะนัง
Parittaṃ yambhaṇantassa nisinnaṭṭhānadhovanaṃ
The paritta which, for one reciting it, the water that washes the place where he sat
อุทะกัมปิ วินาเสติ สัพพะเมวะ ปะริสสะยัง.
Udakampi vināseti sabbamevaparissayaṃ.
destroys every danger whatsoever;
โสตถินา คัพภะวุฏฐานัง ยัญจะ สาเธติ ตังขะเณ
Sotthinā gabbhavuṭṭhānaṃ yañca sādheti taṅkhaṇe
and which brings about a safe delivery of the child in that very moment;
เถรัสสังคุลิมาลัสสะ โลกะนาเถนะ ภาสิตัง.
Therassaṅgulimālassa lokanāthena bhāsitaṃ.
spoken by the Refuge of the World to the elder Aṅgulimāla;
กัปปัฏฐายิ มะหาเตชัง ปะริตตันตัมภะณามะ เห.
Kappaṭṭhāyi mahātejaṃ parittantambhaṇāma he.

ยะโตหัง ภะคินิ อะริยายะ ชาติยา ชาโต,
Yatohaṃ bhagini ariyāya jātiyā jāto,
Sister, since I was born in the noble birth,
นาภิชานามิ สัญจิจจะ ปาณัง ชีวิตา โวโรเปตา,
Nābhijānāmi sañcicca pāṇaṃ jīvitā voropetā,
I am not aware of having intentionally deprived any living being of life;
เตนะ สัจเจนะ โสตถิ เต โหตุ โสตถิ คัพภัสสะ.
Tena saccena sotthi te hotu sotthi gabbhassa.
by that truth, may you be well and may your child be well.
