เตปิ ตุมเห อะนุรักขันตุ อาโรค๎เยนะ สุเขนะ จะ
Tepi tumhe anurakkhantu ārogyena sukhena ca
may they too protect you, with health and with happiness.
อุตตะรัส๎มิง ทิสาภาเค สันติ ยักขา มะหิทธิกา
Uttarasmiṃ disābhāge santi yakkhā mahiddhikā
In the northern quarter there are yakkhas of great power —
เตปิ ตุมเห อะนุรักขันตุ อาโรค๎เยนะ สุเขนะ จะ
Tepi tumhe anurakkhantu ārogyena sukhena ca
may they too protect you, with health and with happiness.
ปุริมะทิสัง ธะตะรัฏโฐ ทักขิเณนะ วิรุฬหะโก
Purimadisaṃ dhataraṭṭho dakkhiṇena virūḷhako
Dhataraṭṭha in the eastern quarter, Virūḷhaka in the southern,
ปัจฉิเมนะ วิรูปักโข กุเวโร อุตตะรัง ทิสัง.
Pacchimena virūpakkho kuvero uttaraṃ disaṃ.
Virūpakkha in the western, Kuvera in the northern quarter.
จัตตาโร เต มะหาราชา โลกะปาลา ยะสัสสิโน
Cattāro te mahārājā lokapālā yasassino
Those four Great Kings, guardians of the world, renowned —

may they too protect you, with health and with happiness.
อากาสัฏฐา จะ ภุมมัฏฐา เทวา นาคา มะหิทธิกา
Ākāsaṭṭhā ca bhummaṭṭhā devā nāgā mahiddhikā
Devas and nāgas of great power, dwelling in the sky and on the earth —
เตปิ ตุมเห อะนุรักขันตุ อาโรค๎เยนะ สุเขนะ จะ
Tepi tumhe anurakkhantu ārogyena sukhena ca

นัตถิ เม สะระณัง อัญญัง พุทโธ เม สะระณัง วะรัง
Natthi me saraṇaṃ aññaṃ buddho me saraṇaṃ varaṃ
There is no other refuge for me: the Buddha is my excellent refuge.
เอเตนะ สัจจะวัชเชนะ โหตุ เต ชะยะมังคะลัง.
Etena saccavajjena hotu te jayamaṅgalaṃ.
by this utterance of truth, may victory and blessing be yours.
นัตถิ เม สะระณัง อัญญัง ธัมโม เม สะระณัง วะรัง
Natthi me saraṇaṃ aññaṃ dhammo me saraṇaṃ varaṃ
There is no other refuge for me: the Dhamma is my excellent refuge.
เอเตนะ สัจจะวัชเชนะ โหตุ เต ชะยะมังคะลัง.
Etena saccavajjena hotu te jayamaṅgalaṃ.

Whatever jewel there is in the world, of many and various kinds,
ระตะนัง พุทธะสะมัง นัตถิ ตัส๎มา โสตถี ภะวันตุ เต.
Ratanaṃ buddhasamaṃ natthi tasmā sotthī bhavantu te.
there is no jewel equal to the Buddha: therefore may you be well.
ยังกิญจิ ระตะนัง โลเก วิชชะติ วิวิธัง ปุถุ
Yaṅkiñci ratanaṃ loke vijjati vividhaṃ puthu
Whatever jewel there is in the world, of many and various kinds,
ระตะนัง ธัมมะสะมัง นัตถิ ตัส๎มา โสตถี ภะวันตุ เต.

Sakkatvā buddharatanaṃ osathaṃ uttamaṃ varaṃ
Having honoured the Jewel of the Buddha, the supreme and excellent medicine,
หิตัง เทวะมะนุสสานัง พุทธะเตเชนะ โสตถินา
Hitaṃ devamanussānaṃ buddhatejena sotthinā
the welfare of devas and humans — by the Buddha's power, in safety,
นัสสันตุปัททะวา สัพเพ ทุกขา วูปะสะเมนตุ เต.
Nassantupaddavā sabbe dukkhā vūpasamentu te.
may all your misfortunes perish and your sufferings be stilled.
สักกัต๎วา ธัมมะระตะนัง โอสะถัง อุตตะมัง วะรัง
Sakkatvā dhammaratanaṃ osathaṃ uttamaṃ varaṃ
Having honoured the Jewel of the Dhamma, the supreme and excellent medicine,
ปะริพาหูปะสะมะนัง ธัมมะเตเชนะ โสตถินา
Paripāhūpasamanaṃ dhammatejena sotthinā
the stiller of fever — by the Dhamma's power, in safety,
นัสสันตุปัททะวา สัพเพ ภะยา วูปะสะเมนตุ เต.
Nassantupaddavā sabbe bhayā vūpasamentu te.
may all your misfortunes perish and your fears be stilled.
