Namo omātyāraddhassa ratanattayassa sādhukaṃ
Homage, well made, to the Triple Gem begun with the syllable OM.
นะโม โอมะกาตีตัสสะ ตัสสะ วัตถุตตะยัสสะปิ
Namo omakātītassa tassa vatthuttayassāpi
Homage also to that threefold object, which has gone beyond all that is low.
นะโม การัปปะภาเวนะ วิคัจฉันตุ อุปัททะวา
Namo kārappabhāvena vigacchantu upaddavā
By the power of this homage, may misfortunes depart.
นะโม การานุภาเวนะ สุวัตถิ โหตุ สัพพะทา
Namo kārānubhāvena suvatthi hotu sabbadā
By the might of this homage, may there always be well-being.
นะโม การัสสะ เตเชนะ วิธิมหิ โหมิ เตชะวา.
Namo kārassa tejena vidhimhi homi tejavā.
By the force of this homage, may I be strong in what I undertake.

พะหู เทวา มะนุสสา จะ มังคะลานิ อะจินตะยุง
Bahū devā manussā ca maṅgalāni acintayuṃ
Many devas and humans have pondered on blessings,
อากังขะมานา โสตถานัง พ๎รูหิ มังคะละมุตตะมัง
Ākaṅkhamānā sotthānaṃ brūhi maṅgalamuttamaṃ
longing for well-being: tell us the highest blessing.
อะเสวะนา จะ พาลานัง ปัณฑิตานัญจะ เสวะนา
Asevanā ca bālānaṃ paṇḍitānañca sevanā
Not to associate with fools, but to associate with the wise,
ปูชา จะ ปูชะนียานัง เอตัมมังคะละมุตตะมัง.
Pūjā ca pūjanīyānaṃ etammaṅgalamuttamaṃ.
and to honour those worthy of honour — this is the highest blessing.
ปะฏิรูปะเทสะวาโส จะ ปุพเพ จะ กะตะปุญญะตา
Paṭirūpadesavāso ca pubbe ca katapuññatā
To live in a suitable place, and to have done merit in the past,
อัตตะสัมมาปะณิธิ จะ เอตัมมังคะละมุตตะมัง.
Attasammāpaṇidhi ca etammaṅgalamuttamaṃ.
and to set oneself rightly — this is the highest blessing.
พาหุสัจจัญจะ สิปปัญจะ วินะโย จะสุสิกขิโต
Bāhusaccañca sippañca vinayo casusikkhito
Much learning, skill in craft, and discipline well trained,
สุภาสิตา จะ ยา วาจา เอตัมมังคะละมุตตะมัง.
Subhāsitā ca yā vācā etammaṅgalamuttamaṃ.
and whatever speech is well spoken — this is the highest blessing.
มาตาปิตุอุปัฏฐานัง ปุตตะทารัสสะ สังคะโห
Mātāpitu-upaṭṭhānaṃ puttadārassa saṅgaho
Supporting mother and father, caring for wife and children,
อะนากุลา จะ กัมมันตา เอตัมมังคะละมุตตะมัง.
Anākulā ca kammantā etammaṅgalamuttamaṃ.
and work that is free of confusion — this is the highest blessing.
ทานัญจะ ธัมมะจะริยา จะ ญาตะกานัญจะ สังคะโห
Dānañca dhammacariyā ca ñātakānañca saṅgaho
Giving, living by the Dhamma, caring for one's relatives,
อะนะวัชชานิ กัมมานิ เอตัมมังคะละมุตตะมัง.
Anavajjāni kammāni etammaṅgalamuttamaṃ.
and blameless actions — this is the highest blessing.
