handa mayaṃ dvattiṃsākārapāṭhaṃ bhaṇāma se.
Now let us recite the passage on the thirty-two parts.
อะยัง โข เม กาโย,
ayaṃ kho me kāyo,
กายของเรานี้แล,
gaai kɔ̌ɔŋ rao níi lɛɛ,
This body of mine,
อุทธัง ปาทะตะลา,
uddhaṃ pādatalā,
เบื้องบนแต่พื้นเท้าขึ้นมา,
bʉ̂aŋ bon dtɛ̀ɛ pʉ́ʉn táo kʉ̂n maa,
from the soles of the feet upward,
อะโธ เกสะมัตถะกา,
adho kesamatthakā,
เบื้องต่ำแต่ปลายผมลงไป,
bʉ̂aŋ dtàm dtɛ̀ɛ bplaai pǒm loŋ bpai,
from the crown of the hair downward,
ตะจะปะริยันโต,
tacapariyanto,
มีหนังหุ้มอยู่เป็นที่สุดรอบ,
mii nǎŋ hûm yùu bpen tîi-sùt rɔ̂ɔp,
bounded all round by skin,
ปูโร นานัปปะการัสสะ อะสุจิโน,
pūro nānappakārassa asucino,
เต็มไปด้วยของไม่สะอาด มีประการต่างๆ
dtem bpai dûay kɔ̌ɔŋ mâi sà-àat mii bprà-gaan dtàaŋ dtàaŋ
full of impurities of various kinds.
