มะยัง ภันเต, ติสะระเณนะ สะหะ, อัฏฐังคะสะมันนาคะตัง อุโปสะถัง ยาจามะ.
Mayaṃ bhante, tisaraṇena saha, aṭṭhaṅgasamannāgataṃ uposathaṃ yācāma.
Venerable sir, we ask for the uposatha observance complete in its eight factors, together with the three refuges.
ทุติยัมปิ มะยัง ภันเต, ติสะระเณนะ สะหะ, อัฏฐังคะสะมันนาคะตัง อุโปสะถัง ยาจามะ.

คำอาราธนาสวดพระปริตร The Words for Requesting the Chanting of the Parittas
วิปัตติปะฏิพาหายะ สัพพะสัมปัตติสิทธิยา
Vipattipaṭibāhāya sabbasampattisiddhiyā
For the warding off of misfortune, for the achieving of every good fortune,
สัพพะทุกขะวินาสายะ ปะริตตัง พ๎รูถะ มังคะลัง.
Sabbadukkhavināsāya parittaṃ brūtha maṅgalaṃ.
for the destruction of all suffering, chant the auspicious paritta.
วิปัตติปะฏิพาหายะ สัพพะสัมปัตติสิทธิยา
Vipattipaṭibāhāya sabbasampattisiddhiyā

สัพพะภะยะวินาสายะ ปะริตตัง พ๎รูถะ มังคะลัง.

คำอาราธนาแสดงธรรม The Words for Requesting a Teaching of the Dhamma
พ๎รัห๎มา จะ โลกาธิปะตี สะหัมปะติ
Brahmā ca lokādhipatī sahampati
Brahmā Sahampati, lord of the world,
กัตอัญชะลี อันธิวะรัง อะยาจะถะ
Katañjalī andhivaraṃ ayācatha
with hands joined in reverence, made his request of the Excellent One:
สันตีธะ สัตตาปะระชักขะชาติกา
Santīdha sattāparajakkhajātikā
there are beings here with little dust in their eyes;
เทเสตุ ธัมมัง อะนุกัมปิมัง ปะชัง.
Desetu dhammaṃ anukampimaṃ pajaṃ.
may he teach the Dhamma, out of compassion for these people.

พ๎รัห๎มา จะ โลกาธิปะตี สะหัมปะติ

Brahmā Sahampati, lord of the world,
กัตอัญชะลี อันธิวะรัง อะยาจะถะ
Katañjalī andhivaraṃ ayācatha
