If said together, change yācāmi to yācāma and maṃ to no.

ในลำดับนั้น พระอุปัชฌายะกล่าวเผดียงสงฆ์แล้ว พระอาจารย์สวดสมมติตนถามอันตรายิกธรรม ผู้ขออุปสมบทพึงรับว่า นัตถิ ภันเต 5 ครั้ง อามะ ภันเต 8 ครั้ง บอกชื่อตนและชื่อพระอุปัชฌายะรวม 2 ครั้ง เหมือนที่กล่าวแล้วในหนหลัง แต่นั้นพึงนั่งฟังท่านสวดกรรมวาจาอุปสมบทไปจนจบ ครั้นจบแล้วท่านเอาบาตรออกจากตัว แล้วพึงกราบลง 3 ครั้ง แต่นั้นพึงนั่งพับเพียบประนมมือฟังพระอุปัชฌายะบอกอนุศาสน์ไปจนจบ แล้วรับว่า อามะ ภันเต เป็นเสร็จพิธีอุปสมบท แล้วกราบพระอุปัชฌายะ 3 ครั้ง ถ้ามีไทยทานถวายก็ให้รับไทยทานถวายพระอันดับ เสร็จแล้วพระท่านอนุโมทนา เมื่อพระอนุโมทนา พึงกรวดน้ำตั้งใจอุทิศบุญกุศลส่วนนี้ให้แก่ท่านผู้มีพระคุณ เมื่อพระว่า ยะถา จบ ก็เทน้ำลงให้หมด ต่อนั้นประนมมือฟัง อนุโมทนาไปจนจบ เป็นเสร็จพิธี.

Then, the preceptor having informed the Saṅgha, the teacher chants his own appointment and asks the obstructing conditions. The candidate answers natthi bhante five times and āma bhante eight times, and gives his own name and the preceptor's name twice, as already described above. After that he sits and listens to the chanting of the kammavācā of ordination to its end. When it is finished the teacher takes the bowl off him, and he bows three times. Then he sits with legs folded to one side, palms together, and listens to the preceptor giving the admonition to its end, and answers āma bhante. That completes the ordination ceremony; then he bows three times to the preceptor. If there are offerings, they are received and presented to the monks in order. Then the monks give the blessing; while they do, he pours the water of dedication, directing the merit of this to those to whom he owes gratitude. When the monks reach yathā, he pours out all the water. After that he listens with palms together to the blessing until it ends. That completes the ceremony.

กุลบุตรผู้มีศรัทธามุ่งบรรพชาอุปสมบทพึงรับผ้าไตรประนมมือเข้าไปในสังฆสันนิบาต วางผ้าไตรไว้ข้างตัวด้านซ้าย รับเครื่องสักการะถวายพระอุปัชฌายะ แล้วกราบด้วยเบญจางคประดิษฐ์ 3 ครั้ง แล้วนั่งคุกเข่าอุ้มผ้าไตรประนมมือเปล่งวาจาถึงสรณะและขอบรรพชาดังนี้

A son of good family with faith, intending to go forth and be ordained, should take the set of three robes, enter the assembly of the Saṅgha with palms together, set the robes down at his left side, receive the offerings and present them to the preceptor, bow three times with the fivefold prostration, then kneel holding the robes with palms together and pronounce the going to refuge and the request for the going forth thus:
