ถ้าว่าพร้อมกันให้เปลี่ยน ยาจามิ, เป็น ยาจามะ เปลี่ยน มัง เป็น โน

If said together, change yācāmi to yācāma and maṃ to no.

ในลำดับนั้น พระอุปัชฌายะกล่าวเผดียงสงฆ์แล้ว พระอาจารย์สวดสมมติตนถามอันตรายิกธรรม ผู้ขออุปสมบทพึงรับว่า นัตถิ ภันเต 5 ครั้ง อามะ ภันเต 8 ครั้ง บอกชื่อตนและชื่อพระอุปัชฌายะรวม 2 ครั้ง เหมือนที่กล่าวแล้วในหนหลัง แต่นั้นพึงนั่งฟังท่านสวดกรรมวาจาอุปสมบทไปจนจบ ครั้นจบแล้วท่านเอาบาตรออกจากตัว แล้วพึงกราบลง 3 ครั้ง แต่นั้นพึงนั่งพับเพียบประนมมือฟังพระอุปัชฌายะบอกอนุศาสน์ไปจนจบ แล้วรับว่า อามะ ภันเต แล้วกราบพระอุปัชฌายะ 3 ครั้ง เป็นเสร็จพิธีอุปสมบท แล้วถวายไทยทาน เมื่อพระอนุโมทนา พึงกรวดน้ำตั้งใจอุทิศบุญกุศลส่วนนี้ให้แก่ท่านผู้มีพระคุณ เมื่อพระว่า ยะถา จบ ก็เทน้ำโกรกลงให้หมด ต่อนั้นประนมมือฟังอนุโมทนาไปจนจบ เป็นเสร็จพิธี

Then, the preceptor having informed the Saṅgha, the teacher chants his own appointment and asks the obstructing conditions. The candidate should answer natthi bhante five times and āma bhante eight times, and give his own name and the preceptor's name twice, as already described above. After that he should sit and listen to the chanting of the kammavācā of ordination to its end. When it is finished the teacher takes the bowl off him, and he should bow three times. Then he should sit with legs folded to one side, palms together, and listen to the preceptor giving the admonition to its end, and answer āma bhante, then bow three times to the preceptor. That completes the ordination ceremony. Then the offerings are presented; when the monks give the blessing, he should pour the water of dedication, directing the merit of this to those to whom he owes gratitude. When the monks reach yathā, he should pour out all the water. After that he listens with palms together to the blessing until it ends. That completes the ceremony.

จะกล่าวแต่เฉพาะที่แปลก ส่วนที่ไม่แปลกและคำอธิบายวิธีต่างๆ ซึ่งเหมือนกันกับ 2 วิธี ที่กล่าวมาแล้ว จะไม่กล่าวอีกขอให้พลิกกลับไปศึกษาใน 2 วิธีนั้น แม้คำขออุปสมบทพร้อมกัน (สังฆัมภันเต) ก็ได้อธิบายไว้แล้วท้ายคำขออุปสมบทแบบ เอสาหัง

Only what differs will be given. What does not differ, and the explanations of the various procedures which are the same as the two methods already given, will not be repeated — please turn back and study them there. Even the request for ordination together (saṅghambhante) has already been explained at the end of the request for ordination in the Esāhaṃ form.

เอเต มะยัง ภันเต,

Ete mayaṃ bhante,

We go for refuge to that Blessed One, though he attained final Nibbāna long ago, and to the Dhamma and to the community of monks. May we obtain the going forth in that Blessed One's Dhamma and Discipline; may we obtain ordination.
