วุฑฒิง สัมปาปุเณยยามะ ธัมเม อะริยัปปะเวทิเต
Vuḍḍhiṃ sampāpuṇeyyāma dhamme ariyappavedite
may we attain growth in the Dhamma made known by the Noble Ones.
ปะสันนา โหนตุ สัพเพปิ ปาณิโน พุทธะสาสะเน
Pasannā hontu sabbepi pāṇino buddhasāsane
May all living beings have faith in the Buddha's teaching,
สัมมา ธารัง ปะเวจฉันโต กาเล เทโว ปะวัสสะตุ
Sammā dhāraṃ pavecchanto kāle devo pavassatu
may the rain god send down showers in season,
วุฑฒิภาวายะ สัตตานัง สะมิทธัง เนตุ เมทะนิง
Vuḍḍhibhāvāya sattānaṃ samiddhaṃ netu medaniṃ
and bring the earth to plenty for the growth of beings.
มาตาปิตา จะ อัต๎ระชัง นิจจัง รักขันติ ปุตตะกัง
Mātāpitā ca atrajaṃ niccaṃ rakkhanti puttakaṃ
As mother and father ever protect their own child,
เอวัง ธัมเมนะ ราชาโน ปะชัง รักขันตุ สัพพะทา.
Evaṃ dhammena rājāno pajaṃ rakkhantu sabbadā.
so may rulers ever protect their people by Dhamma.

เมื่อสวดบท ปัตติทานะคาถา จบลงแล้ว พึงนั่งสงบแผ่ส่วนกุศลแด่ท่านบรรพบุรุษบุรพาจารย์ และท่านผู้มีพระคุณอื่น ๆ ตลอดถึงสรรพสัตว์ทุกชั้นชาติ สักครู่หนึ่ง แล้วนั่งคุกเข่ากราบพระด้วยเบญจางคประดิษฐ์ ๓ หน พร้อม ๆ กัน ประธานสั่งเลิกประชุม เป็นอันเสร็จพิธีทำวัตรสวดมนต์ภาคเช้าเท่านี้. When the Pattidana-gatha has ended, sit quietly for a short while and share the merit with forebears and former teachers, with others to whom gratitude is owed, and with all beings of every kind. Then kneel and bow to the Buddha with the fivefold prostration three times, all together. The leader closes the assembly, and the morning chanting service is complete.

พิธีทำวัตรเช้านี้ใช้ได้ทั้งภิกษุสามเณร ทั้งอุบาสกอุบาสิกา แต่มีถ้อยคำที่จะพึงเปลี่ยน ให้ถูกต้องตามเพศภาวะของตน ๆ ดังนี้ This morning service may be used by bhikkhus and sāmaṇeras and by laymen and laywomen alike, but there are words that should be changed to suit one's own standing, as follows.

จิระปะรินิพพุตัมปิ ตัง ภะคะวันตัง สะระณัง คะโต,
Cira-parinibbutampi taṃ bhagavantaṃ saraṇaṃ gato,
Having gone for refuge to that Blessed One, though long since attained to final Nibbāna,
ธัมมัญจะ ภิกขุสังฆัญจะ ตัสสะ ภะคะวะโต สาสะนัง,
Dhammañca bhikkhusaṅghañca tassa bhagavato sāsanaṃ,
and to the Dhamma and the Bhikkhu Sangha, the teaching of that Blessed One,
ยะถาสัตติ ยะถาพะลัง มะนะสิกะโรมะ,
Yathāsatti yathābalaṃ manasikaroma,
we attend to it as far as our ability and strength allow,
อะนุปะฏิปัชชามะ,
Anupaṭipajjāma,
and practise accordingly.
สา สา โน ปะฏิปัตติ,
Sā sā no paṭipatti,
May that practice of ours
อิมัสสะ เกวะลัสสะ ทุกขักขันธัสสะ อันตะกิริยายะ สังวัตตะตูติ.
Imassa kevalassa dukkhakkhandhassa antakiriyāya saṃvattatūti.
lead to the ending of this whole mass of suffering.
