Open chant goes to the chant itself, to read it with its meaning. Page opens the book at that page, as the book prints it — which is the one you want when a number has been called out mid-service. A line shows every page it runs across, so a chant printed over a page turn offers both: the สารบัญ names only where a chant begins, and the page it continues onto is named nowhere in the book. A line with no buttons is a page of the book that has not been entered yet; the line is printed here because the book prints it, and the buttons appear when that page arrives. Pages in so far: 1–191, 193–245, 247, 249–277 and 279–325.
Under each title, the italic line is how it is said and the line under that is what it means. Most of these titles are Pali written in Thai script, and those are romanised in the standard Pali way (Ratanattayappaṇāmagāthā); the ones that are ordinary Thai rather than Pali are romanised in Paiboon (kam buu-chaa), the system used elsewhere in this app, which marks the tones. The colours are the same ones the chant pages use for those two layers. Both, and the English with them, were written for this app: the book prints no Latin script and no English at all, so there is nothing in it to check them against — they are a way in, not the book's own words.
